building a pc and dont know anything what motherbored i need

hey ppl im building my frist pc from scratch nd need help with wot motherbored to buy i havnt got the cpu yet or gpu but was think somthing along the lines of GeForce GTX 470 or somthing like that also want a intel i7 but yer anything can be changed wot iv got so far is :

Case : atx Solano 1000
power: Coolermaster REALPOWER 1000w


any ideas would be good

All good motherboards these days will support your GTX470, it uses a Pci-Express slot (or just Pci-e), and the i7 requires a LGA 1366 socket, thats the minimum requirements for the hardware you've listed.

The i7-860 will use the 1156 socket. Figure out the CPU you want and then someone can help you decide on the MoBo.
