Building a practice comp before my good one... help plz

i'd say a cheaper way to practice would be to pick up some old 2nd hand system, something low end which im sure you could get for next to nothing.

Then practice by dismantling it and putting it all back together again

just a thought
 
Agreed, just mess around with an old computer. I don't really think you need to practice anyway. As long as you are careful with connectors and stuff, you can't really hurt anything.
 
You can get a computer with a pentium 2 processer for less than $150. If you can take it appart I'm sure you can put it back together.
 
dude I didnt even know what SATA was like 4 months ago, I didnt know shit about computer hardware, and I built my own 1500 dollar system. It's not that hard.
 
you could always buy the system im selling and add a case, after a case and DVD drive its still a mideng gaming system for the same price...
