Building Another Machine........

I am building another PC for my little brother, he is into gaming like I am and doesn't like waiting on his computer either. I have picked these out:
Gigabyte DS2 Mobo
Core 2 Duo E6300
Kingston 2Gb 533Mhz RAM

What do you guys think of this, I need to OC a little with that board, I don't guess it would have any problems.

Can he stretch $35 or so to get the Gigabyte GA-965P-S3?

Yeah, but he needs microATX, it needs to be compact. If I do go with 667Mhz RAM, I would go with Kingston or Corsair and not that cheap crap. Isn't there like a 965P that is S2, it needs to be slightly overclockable.
