The FX-4100 would be the better choice. Get that and an AM3+ motherboard and you should be fine.

Is your current motherboard ATX or mATX?

What computer do you have? Make/model. Yeah it would make a difference, an ATX board cannot fit in an mATX case.

Yeah that case is OK. You may need a new power supply if you plan on upgrading the graphics card. Only buy from a decent brand such as Corsair, XFX, Antec, Seasonic, OCZ etc. The Corsair CX 430 would probably be enough for a 9500 GT.

Yeah but it's probably some crappy generic brand thing. If you're running a video card of any sort you don't really wanna be using crappy power supplies. They tend to die and take most of your system out with it. I've often said that the most important part of a PC is the power supply.

For the price it's probably pretty good. For 50 quid I doubt you could do much better really.

Yeah the CPU and board will go together just fine and will fit in that case. You still need a better PSU, go for a Corsair CX 430, they're not that expensive really.

would i be better off getting a better power supply so i will not have to buy new one if get better graphic card

Yes you would. If you're planning on upgrading then it may be worth going for a CX 500 or a CX 600. The OCZ ZS 650W I've got right now is actually a nice power supply and didn't cost an arm and a leg.
