Building computer, first time.

Okay, this computer is going to be a kinda overkill pc, so if you're just going to tell me to downgrade to something that's half the price, and is going to be able to play most games on maximum settings the next half a year, just leave.
I'd possibly be willing to downgrade a bit, but I won't be downgrading everything.

What I'm asking for is if this system probably will be able to play most games on medium/high in 3-4 years, if everything is compatible, and that I won't waste any computer power because one part can't keep up with the rest.

Here is my shopping cart:
http://www.komplett.no/k/shoplist.a...35995&su=5FCC14D6-8ED1-49D6-AED6-04E3FEE8BA2B
It's a Norwegian website, but all the computer part's names are the same in English, or so I think.

If you cannot see what's in my shopping cart (I've had that problem with other people's shopping carts before), just comment, and I'll write down all the names of all the items.

Now, I'm also going to have liquid cooling, which we don't have much of here in Norway, so I'm going to buy from FrozenCPU:

recommendation: first build? stick with air cooling. your likely going to have a few issues setting up for the first time just with the hardware alone, and adding a complicated cooling system is going to make things even more frustrating if something is causing you to not boot/etc. medium settings in the next four years is probably reachable in the 1000 dollar range, with a core i5 system, 8 gig of ram and a gtx670/680

Think the water-cooling is going to be okay, getting someone who works with computers for a living to put it together for me :)

I'm also probably going to be doing a lot of video editing, kinda want a good program, but some of the more expensive programs probably aren't directed at people who're going to edit gameplay footage.
And a lot of gaming, on 1-3 2560x1600 120hz monitors when they come out. Hoping something like that will start to appear next year :)
Hoping to get as much as possible out of this system as long as possible, not going to cut any corners.
