whats it to be used for, looks like a gaming rig to me.
Are you intending on using the psu that comes with the case - never a good idea read psu101
http://www.computerforum.com/showthread.php?t=10764

also you will certainly need a bigger hard drive, drop the 10,000rpm back down to 7,200. Ditch the raptor and get a bigger one, there is no point in the hdd being 10k rpm if you can't get anything on it.

If you got the AN8, I'd at least get the standard AN8. I beleive that one is missing the pair of OTES fans in the rear and they actually seem to help cool my systems. Not but about $5 more...

whats the purpose of the system?

lite-on black 16x dvd+r 8x dvd+rw 4x dvd+r dl 16x dvd-r 6x dvd-rw 16x dvd-rom 48x cd-r 24x cd-rw 48x cd-rom 2m cache ide dvd burner - retail
id avoid litey dvd burners after their 1633 (but then again their 1633 was slow for its class)... have a look at CD/DVD 101.

I would get a mobo that supports SLI so that way you can buy another 7800 in the future.
Like people just have $500 to throw around ;)

Also maybe 1x 250gb wd or seagate hard drive/sata. Cost $2000 up.
Wow .. not a copy-past-and-piss-off-the-admin-post ;) ... last time i checked, 250GB drives dont cost that much
