Building Computer: (Need Suggestions/Input)

Alright, so am building a PC to replace my poor Dell XPS desktop. I have compiled a list of parts but I need some input. Just a few things you all might want to know:

1. My budget is about 2000$
2. This computer will be primarily for gaming.
3. I am willing to overclock it.

Now then: Here is what I have so far..

Video Card: Possible options: nVidia 570. Radeon 6950 or 6970 or the 5870

CPU: Intel Core i7-2600k Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo Boost): 328$

Motherboard: MSI P67A-GD65 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard: 180$

RAM: CORSAIR XMS3 6GB (3 x 2GB): 74$

Hard Drive: Really not sure on this one. Need your suggestions. Was thinking of a 1 TB or something like that.

PSU: XFX Black Edition XPS-850W-BES 850W: 150$

Gaming Case: Antec 900: 100$

Now, please feel free to make suggestions/improvements as previously stated. All options are on the table as I know I have some room for upgrading and whatnot.

Alright, thanks, any recommendations for the PSU and video card?

@maroon: thanks for the reply. It has been added to the OP.

Personally, I have a Radeon 5850 black edition, and it runs Crysis at enthusiast levels with three monitors for eyefinity like crazy. Highly suggest it. Also picked up good AOC monitors on Tigerdirect.com. Good luck and let us know how the build goes.
