get a mobo like abi a8n delux so if u want to go sli with you 6800 and a verry good overclocker and all rounder for the price

Evrything looks compatible and proper. Having said that I would go with Abit or MSI mobo.
I would look into a 6800GT and an upgraded sound card.

yes games today dont support dual core procs but they will. i believe the first is goin to be UT2007. if you're gaming i would downgrade the proc and up the gpu to maybe a 7800gt. but make sure your mobo will support x2 for the future if u decide to go that way. also i think by the time X2 is in demand for games your gpu will be obsolete so i would look for a board thats SLI. however if you're a serious multitasker then get an X2.

check out this mobo its got all the features and in your price range:

and it looks like it might even support DPS

*EDIT* oh and that DFI board doesnt support X2 procs or SLI. im sure im gonna get flamed for saying this but DFI LANPARTY boards are only good for showing off your rig like say at a LANPARTY. Dont get me wrong they are quality boards but ive heard alot of ppl having problems with them. they only cool thing about them is their uv reactive components.

SLI, Scalable Link Interface, refers to two graphic cards working together, can go up to doubling the speed of a single card.

That DFI has 2 PCI-E slots but is not SLI, it is dual video card ready. You can run 2 different size and types of video cards at the same time but not SLI..
