Building from scratch, is this a good GPU?

honestly...i would spend a little extra dough on a x1900 or x1800...both are better than 2 7600 GS cards in sli...
 
The only thing that I would be careful about is some of these internet sites have fairly bad customer service. That's why internet companies like Newegg and TigerDirect get such a good and loyal customer fan base. Anyway, I agree with Maddhatter that you could spend about $150 or $200 bucks on a little better quality card and get much more quality for your money... :)
