Not a problem. If you get those parts, enjoy it. It will certainly be better than what i'll have within the next few years. :(

I'm pretty much fine with what I have, at least I have a computer unlike some people who don't even have electricity!
xD but yes nice computer! will last a long time =]

Why dont you use Umart? you order the parts and then go pick them up and its pretty cheap too

core i5 750 - 250

Coolermaster HAF 932 - 210

Western Digital 1TB - 106

OCZ Fatalt1ty 700W - 180

Asus P7P55D-Deluxe - 313

Kingston 6gb 1600mhz ram - 190

Sapphire HD5850 - 400

Asus DRW-24B1ST SATA DVDRW - 54

Microsoft Windows Vista Business 64bit w 7 UPG(OEM)purchase with Hardware Only - 190

total - 1890

p.s I think you should go with my build, it has a better case so you can overclock further and a better gpu. If you dont go with Umart then go with pccasegear.com or 9289.com but I'd recomend pccasegear. I'm from au myself so I know what to go with. I would never get my parts from ebay because there individual sellers.

ummm case has nothing to do with overclocking. He is going to be able to overclock the 920 to so the 920 is still going to be better.

I still like linkins build better.

you think? the 5850 will support direct x 11 when wins 7 comes out... but i'm just saying for a similar price you could get better gaming performance, dont you think? I'm not trying to cause a debate here or anything but that is just what I'd go with

yeah, got that a little bit wrong but i reckon the HAF would keep the whole system a bit better cooled overall, due to the three 230mm fans

You do know that the 4890 will support DX11 due to having DX10.1 support? Any cards that have DX10.1 will be able to fully utilise DX11 (minus advanced tesellation effects, see google for more info)
And i think the 4890 would kill the 5850.. but it remains to be seen.
Of course, you could always upgrade later.

"p.s I think you should go with my build, it has a better case so you can overclock further" The case isn't the main thing that will affect overclocking

But the HAF would be better at getting hot air out of the case quicker and my bad i kinda got the "overclocking" bit wrong but it would help with kepping the overall temps lower. I guess i shouldnt of gone with my opinion, yours looks better since you cleared a few things up

Actually, the case does matter some. Better case, better air flow, better cooling = better chances that the overclocked processor will not overheat. But besides that, I'd just go with the most I could get for the least amount of money. And ebay isn't that bad if you do your home work before you bid.

The Antec 900 has good airflow and the case is the least of the worries when you want to overclock. Besides with the i5 or i7 there is no need to OC anyways those CPU's are more then enough at stock speeds.
