Building gaming PC, need opinions

I've finally put together a list of PC components after awhile of research, and I am looking for some opinions or suggestions. I tried as hard as possible to keep the PC itself around 1.2k, so I would have room left in my budget for a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headset.

The guy that is going to help me put this beast together is going to lend some case fans so that shouldn't be a problem. The MOBO comes with a decent enough soundcard, and the speakers are a nice touch when i'm not gaming. I decided to double up on the memory because I had a little extra cash to burn and it'll hopefully make my machine run a hell of alot faster. I got a pretty hardcore hard drive, graphics card, and processor, so I had to cut back on the PSU.

If i were you i would invest in a better known PSU. What if it shorts out and takes the rest of the PC with it? Get a cooler-master or thermaltake.

Don't cut on the psu, since you won't notice the difference of having 4gb ram and 2gb and anyway that psu is crappy I'd rather get this one

And remove that cpu fan since isn't better than the stock one lol
 
PSU is a big part of the computer, it's fairly important, i'd probably get one a little better, that one might be ok though.

Do you plan on overclocking the cpu? cause it already comes with a stock heatsink fan, why are you buying that mass cool hsf?

The extra 2 gig of ram won't make your computer run a hell of a lot faster mainly because we don't usually use anywhere near 2 gig anyway.
 
Do you guys think the mother board that I have picked out right now will be good for all of the other parts I have selected?

The P35 model is a recent one unlike the 965P which has been out for more than 8 months, plus it supports new processors with FSB 1333 like the E6750, which if you don't have a FSB of 1333 you won't be able to run it
