hmmm... personally, I have never heard of people building a laptop...
they usually just buy it... they customize it before buying it, but never build it from scratch like desktop... maybe its just me...

what do they do ? take a Full tower case with components and tape a 17 LCD screen to it while dragging a gas generator ? lol jk ill watch

That looks like it is doable but im not sure how much more it will be compared to buying it from HP or Dell...
or maybe its cheaper since you are building it yourself...
