Building Mini-ITX desktop, Suggestions

I am currently in the process of trying to build a Mini-ITX type desktop. If anyone remembers ITX, its alot smaller that a ATX or micro-ATX design. What i would be using this for is the general uses (burning CDs, surfing web, occasional game play of older games, maybe movie making). I have never built an ITX computer, so I thought this would be a new challenge to my computer building skills. The idea is "small computer, small space, big punch". The cost range is $500-700. Below are the links of the hardware i might put in, perhaps you have some better ideas.

MSI Fuzzy 690T Socket AM2/ ATI RS690T/ DDR2/ A&V&2GbE/ Mini-ITX Motherboard

Casetronic Mini-ITX CheckerCube 200W Black Case

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core 4800+ 2.50GHz Processor

OCZ 4GB (2 x 2GB) 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Laptop Memory

500GB SERIAL ATA 7200RPM SATA HARD DRIVE

HP Black 20X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 8X DVD+R DL 20X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 12X DVD-RAM 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM 2MB Cache SATA 20X DVD±R DVD Burner with LightScribe

TOTAL: $563

Yeah that PSU isn't going to cut it. Also, looking at that case, it really doesn't look much smaller than some low-end Shuttle PCs. Why not just build a small microatx build, they're much more useful and not much bigger.

The case he choose is 13"(D) X 8.86(W) X 7.87"(H)

While the shuttle I recommend are at 12.0" x 8.0" x 7.5", actually I don't think shuttle is low end, the one I suggest with G33/ICH9DH which have HDMI and Dolby, prefect for normal/ HTPC.

Yeah but the high end shuttles are pretty expensive. I was trying to keep within his previous budget.

Plus i was trying to stay with AMD if possible. And while the G33 looks nice, not really what i am looking for.

daisymtc: Thanks for the 45w AMD processor advice. Granted it won't break any records, but it definitely be alot easier on the power supply. I decided to go one step higher, with the AMD Athlon X2 4450e 2.3GHz 1MB L2 Cache Socket AM2 45W 65nm Dual-Core . Small speed bump, and $10 higher.

Why do you want AMD? Intel is better.
Anyway, shuttle have AMD platform as well. worth considering...
