Since my last post, I have changed / removed / added some things from my future build. A bit over budget now, but oh well. If I'm going to make a major investment like this, I may as well do it right.
Anyway, I changed the power supply to this one:

Which is a Corsair Enthusiast Series 650W ATX12V 80 plus certified active PFC power supply. I went with a 650W for a couple of reasons, one being that I am going to put in a GeForce 560 graphics card, and the other being that I'm going with 16Gb of 1600 memory, so I assume I will need more power now. Never hurts to have the expand-ability for the future either.
I said goodbye to the BluRay burner and went with a standard DVD burner instead. I used the money I saved to put towards the extra memory and better graphics card / power supply. Here is the DVD burner:

It is an ASUS ENGTX560 DCII OC/2DI/1GD5 GeForce GTX 560 (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP graphics card. Now, I've never bought a graphics card from ASUS before, so I am unsure if that is a good brand for this or not, but it seems to have very good reviews anywhere I look.
As mentioned before, I've also bumped up to 16GB of 1600 memory (as suggested by a few people). I will be ordering two of the following:

Also, one or two people now have suggested that I get a better CPU cooling unit for my processor. Would you also recommend that? Is this a good one? Will it fit in my case?
