PSU: for starters that power supply is quite honestly a piece of trash. What graphics card are you planning on running? I can make a few recommendations depending upon that.

CPU: Go with the i7 930, paying the extra for a 960 is nothing but a 100% waste:

Case....i would recommend a different case, that case is decent, but its quite cheaply built and i wouldnt exactly recommend it.

Memory: What are you going to be doing with the computer? Depending on the usage, 6GB is plenty sufficient. If you feel you absolutely need 12GB though, go with two kits of this, as at this point in time 4GB DIMMs are a complete waste:

HDD: I would recommend spending the extra for caviar blacks, much much faster drives than the green series. The green series drives are meant to be super low power consumption, not performance orientated

HSF: I would highly suggest grabbing an aftermarket heatsink for your processor, for the price its hard to beat the coolermaster V6:

PSU - Don't get Rosewill. What Video card will you get? How many video card are you running?

CPU - Why getting core i7 960? You can save $200 buy getting a $80 Consair CWCH50 and overclock

RAM - What are you using 12GB for? Usually 6 GB would be enough

case - Rosewill CHALLENGER is good for its price
 
hmm..

They removed the video card I had selected thats why its not there. I would love a recommendation. I will be doing WoW, Second Life, and other online games.

Then stick with 6GB of memory, and the i7 930, 12GB would be a waste for your usages.

For power supply, 750W is more than sufficient, but right now since you can get an 850W for the same price after coupon code(listed on the product page, gives 10% off), i'd go with this unit:

As far as video cards, the GTX 460 1GB is excellent value for money at the moment, it really depends on budget though, how much are you looking to spend on a GPU?

I wouldn't, the TX750 is built from an aging CWT platform. The xfx units are built from the M12D platform, super tight rail regulation and excellent ripple suppression, not to mention 80plus silver effeciency ratings.

As far as bang for the buck coolers, the V6 is hard to beat, only a few more expensive coolers beat it out, plus it has one of if not the best mounting systems on the market.

So 40 more for 100w that he does not need compared to one of the most proven power supplies on the market is a no buy? Interesting.

The XFX unit is currently on sale, its $20 more(coupon code, 10% off). It is also more effecient, modular, and as i said earlier, based on quite a better platform. I have never been a huge fan of the corsair units, the TX series is more or less their "budget" lineup so to speak(HX is their higher end, and now AX is their top end), they aren't designed to have as tight of regulation nor as good ripple suppression. Under load the 750TX produces around 100mv of ripple, while the 850W from XFX does less than 25mv.While this is within spec(120mv is ATX spec for ripple on the +12v rail), lower ripple is better. The 750TX also does not keep its 5v rail within ATX specifications under load, in some reviews a measure 80mv of ripple, where 50mv is the allowed maximum, that is 60% out of ATX specifications. Its definately not a "bad" power supply, but there are plenty of better units. If i was going to recommend any unit other than the XFX's at this point in time, it would be the Silencer 750W from PC Power & Cooling, which can be had for $69.99 recertified from SVC, but the only downside to those is a one year warranty.

Also, had the 850W unit not been on sale, the 750W unit from XFXwould have been my recommendation of choice, as both are based upon seasonics excellent M12D platform.
