I didn't say you had to get an SSD I merely recommended it. Rust is pretty under optimised so you would need a good card to play it, 280-290.
It's also your fault you work 10 hours a week at minimum wage and no one here. We merely join for fun to discuss computers and help others. So if you cannot quite build your system save up and don't ask for money.
