Building my first PC

I'm building my new PC and mainly targeting high end gaming, so I have the following specs, can anyone tell me if this is good enough?

Where are you buying? Your build is nice. You can get up to socket 1366 for an extra hundred bucks. Gives more upgrade possibilities.

I was originally planning on a 1366 motherboard since I heard you can upgrade to an i9 in the future, but the budget came out to a bit larger amount, besides from what I've been told, this one should be good enough to run top end games for the next 2 or 3 years, by then I will turn this machine into a normal work PC and probably build another one.

This change will in total raise your price by about $30, but will have better upgrades for the future using the 1366 socket

Go for the Socket 1366, more upgrades down the road.

And use the 920, not the 930. You save money and can just overclock to get the same performance.

Check if there is a XFX of the same video card for a similar price. All XFX cards have a lifetime warranty which might come in handy! Probably only costs a few more bucks.

The price difference between the 920 and the 930 is only 10 dollars, sure you can overclock the 920 and get same performance as the 930, but you can just as easily overclock the 930 and get higher.

Great Specs for a Computer. If you want to spend not that much and have the same specs that you wanted, it is better to check and compare prices first with other PC stores. In this way, you can also find the difference and the money that you will be letting go off your hand. I hope this helps.
