Correct me if I'm wrong, but the heatsink may not be compatible with the CPU (I'm not sure). You could buy the CPU and Heatsink with fan in one bundle for $99 on newegg.
Everything else seems fine.

Are you also buying a monitor, mouse, and keyboard?

oh yeah i am i just wasn't worried about those working with everything else. And thanks I hadn't noticed that

The hyper 212+ is perfectly compatible with AMD processors. I have that exact same combination, and it works great. It's rather large, though...make sure it will fit in the case. Mine actually touches the side panel!

However, try and get the c3 revision of that processor. The model number will end in GMBOX, not GIBOX. It's much more stable.
