Building my own computer

It is complete junk. Look at another brand if you are looking to OC at all.

My friend has also ASRock mb and he had OC everything what he could, CPU and gpu at least. He recommended this mb. Should I get the Asus Crosshair V Formula mb which is from the expensive end?

I've found some cheap motherboards.

1. Asus M5A78L LE
2. Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3
3. Gigabyte GA-990FX-UD3

Which one of these are the best for OC?

the 990FXA-UD3 is the much better board there.
The issue on the ASrock is with its PWM design. It is 4 phase with a splitter, using Dpak mosfets. This all leads to a board that is weak on power management, which is a risk to your processor when overclocking. It will overclock, just not safely.

If I'd take that Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 mb, are rest of parts fine?
