Your gonna need ddr3 with that mobo. Either switch to ddr3 memory:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231180

Or get an am2+ mobo:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128376
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128387(this one supports crossfire:good:)

This psu is modular, and slightly better vreg for $10 more before, and same price after rebate, so may want to think about it:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341018

Might wanna get a slightly better case:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119189
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147113

GPU, same price, no need to deal with rebates:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102824

Better hard drives, same price, take your pick:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136073
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136358

Id definately get this OS, as for $10 more it includes a windows 7 upgrade ticket:

It looks good, but i do think the PSU is a bit over kill myself, but its good incase you want to upgrade down the road. However there is one problem. The Ram you choose will not work with the mobo. You have to choose DDR3 memory. DDR2 Memory will not work in a DDR3 slot and vice versa

That will boost the price $50 however
That is a triple channel memory kit, you can only use 4gb or 8gb or memory on an AM2+ or AM3 based system if you want to maintain dual channel, using a 3gb or 6gb triple channel kit would bring you down to single channel.

My budget is 600 but this is now 700 can you guys help me downgrade to 600 please. It would be most appreciated

Looks great, would change three things:

theres enough room in the build to get 4gb of memory:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231226

And a board with better chipset/power regulation:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813186147

And a case with free shipping:
