Hey guys,
I am planning to build my own desktop computer. All I wanted help with is to see if all of the parts that I am looking at are compatible with each other.
Here are the the parts:

CPU: Intel Core i3 540 Processor, 3.06Ghz, 32nm 4MB L3 Cache, Socket LGA1156 Clarkdale Dual Core with Intel HD Graphic Hyper threading 4 73W TDP FSB 1333, NO Turbo Mode (EOL)

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-H55M-S2V Motherboard - LGA1156,H55,2DDR3,GBLAN,PCIEx16,SATA,mATX, HDMI , VGA

RAM: Kingston KVR1333D3N9/2G 2GB-single 1333MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 DIMM

Everything else (DVD drive and HDD), will be connected by SATA.

I might also decide to put a wireless card in aswell. Here's the link to that:

I will most probably put xp on, but I haven't definately decided yet. Will all of these parts be compatible with one another and have no problems running?

Thanks :)

Ok, forget XP, its old and WIndows 7 is better.

Just remember the 1156 socket will no longer be supported, so you have no upgrade path.

You need more ram

Graphics card?

What power supply?

Looks fine other than that.
