building new rig. Question about psu

Im in the process of building a new rig and im looking for the perfect psu at a decent price. Any input?

Video= EVGA GeForce 8800gts 320MB DDR3
Mobo= Gigabyte GA-MA790X

im looking for a psu around $100 bux...

^Might wanna think about getting a phenom II X3 710, they can be had for $99 and overclock much better and run alot cooler. Some good psu's in that range:

thanks guy. those psu's are perfect for what i have. But i gotta question. Is there any noticeable performance difference between the phenom x3 8650 and the phenom 2 x3 710. I understand the OC ability between the two but i mean without OC-ing. Any difference?

Yes, the phenom II 710 is slightly faster, runs cooler, and overall a much better cpu.

And about the PSU, you might want to take into consideration on what you're going to be doing with your computer (i.e. gaming/photo editing etc.) And also what you plan on doing with your computer in the future (If you would like to get more HDD's or ROM'S stuff like that).
