Building on plywood

Is it safe to build on plywood? i was just wondering. thinking about using my band shed fo building.

Or buy an Anti-static wrist band so you dont have to worry about touching your pc.

did plywood absorb the water moisture? it could be danger isnt it?

hardly dangerous i would think... your just discharging a little static... not working on like powerlines where you want to be as safe as possible...
