Building OS Help

Hi I have a small business with 45-50 computers all xp and vista. Im looking to cusomise an OS iso. I would like to have remote control software pre installed so if needed i could take control of that computer. Aslo some other small programs VLC and etc.. Please help!!!

as far remote software, im not sure what you could get to work through nlite, usually remote software takes some sort of manual setup.
