oem computer really cant be overclock, well they can just not as stable.

If you get another motherboard you'll have to buy an new OS as well, unless:

1- You've already bought a retail copy of windows.

2- You can manage to call Microsoft and play dumb by telling them your motherboard died and you replaced it and now windows doesn't work. Sometimes they'll re-activate it for you.

off already got a copy off windows vista 32bit witch i got with my pc so i will just need a different motherboard then i can over clock ?

I know you've got a copy that came with your computer, but they only give you an OEM license, which is locked to the first motherboard that it's installed on. Change the motherboard, and it un-activates itself. (The OS being "activated" refers to having an active, verified security key.)

You could always try SetFSB...not sure if it works with your mobo, though.
