Assuming this is for gaming, I'd make a few changes:

You could go with an i5 3570K which is cheaper and just as good for gaming and overclocking as the i7 3770K. Similarly you could go with 8GB (2x4GB) RAM which is more than enough for gaming. 16GB isn't really needed for gaming.

Put the money you saved into a better board. Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H or ASUS P8Z77-V PRO would be good. Try to stick to ATX boards if you can.

I'd change the SSD to a Samsung 840 Pro, go 256GB if you can afford it. The OCZ Vertex 4 is also a good choice and is what I have.

Your choice of case is expensive, I'd get an NZXT Phantom or Phantom 410 to keep costs down. The Phantom is a great case and by spending less on the case it allows you to spend money on more important components.

With the money you saved on the case, get a better graphics card: GTX 670 or maybe a 680 if you can afford it - consider AMD too: the 7950 and 7970 are good cards and probably in your price bracket.

I wouldn't go for a Thermaltake PSU. It'll be fine, but I'd recommend the Corsair TX 650 V2 over the Thermaltake PSU. 650W is more than enough power.

hey,rly tnx for ur reply,

now... we dont have the 670 here, and 680 cost 212 euro more than the 660,worth it?
ASUS P8Z77-V PRO cost 252 euro - Asus P8Z77-M LGA1155 cost 135 euro - worth it?

also we dont have phantom stuff here,so can u recommend me any other case? better if it will be Thermaltake

once again,rly tnx :)

Get the Gigabyte UD3H Z77, both of those asus boards are a bad choice. What store are you shopping at, and what country do you live in?

OK look at the Fractal Design Define cases or stuff from Corsair.

Look at the Radeon HD 7950.

Those ASUS boards aren't a bad choice by the way, PCunicron just hates them for some reason.

Where are you located btw?

OK chose either case you like.

Board, go for the UD3H. Or see if the P8Z77-V or P8Z77-V Lk is available.

Video card, go with the Sapphire Radeon HD 7950. The 7950 is faster than the GTX 660, it's a competitor for the GTX 670.
