Building the Ferrari of Computers (Review please)

ram has to be 240 pin ddr3 1333/1600mhz, and that's more like a mercades, no where near a ferrari, but then again i'm on a dirtbike in comparrison, cheapest thing i can think of

Yeah, I agree with jonnyp11. Maybe a GTX580 would be more like a Ferrari? Probably would need an SSD in there aswell. Just my two cents

i agree, but the gtx580 will probably be the same price as the 570 in 3 months anyway. That and the ssd just aren't in the budget at the moment, i think we've all been there lol

now, if i wanted to grab attention, i'd say the buggati vayron, know i probably spelt it wrong, of the computer world, considering it is the fastest and most expensive of the street legal cars. so in that respect ferrari may be a semi-accurate label.

Not a Ferrari with that standard 7200Rpm hard drive. :P

That ram you choose wont fit also,Its Laptop ram!

What is your maximum budget?

that's true. but i've noticed the intal's ssd's seem to be alot more expensive, but i've never owned a ssd so idk

Use this SSD instead.

OCZ Vertex 3 VTX3-25SAT3-60G 2.5" 60GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

Also something to consider instead of the 570 a 6950 2gb... if you want to save money,The 570 isnt that much faster and the 6950 has more ram which i think will be more usefull when it comes to games needing alot of Vram in games such as BF3 with huge maps!

the Z chipset has SRT tech on it, so he can add the SSD later if he wants to get ssd like performance out of the large hdd.
