The 600w one will run it just fine, the reason i got the 700w is because i got a good deal on it and i MIGHT be able to sli 8800's with it, but if you plan on sli'ing 8800's you would want one with a current of 52a or more. (700w version puts out 50a, 600w puts out 44a)

So yeah the one you got it more than efficient for your system, also the Corsiar hx520w psu is a good choice (40a).
