Nice setup, however I would look into getting a Dual Core processor, the X2 series especially, to make it more future proof if your budget allows it. Also, the sound card won't make a huge difference as onboard sound is getting better and better, but if you really like rich audio, than stick with the Audigy.

but if your going to overclock your cpu then i whuld recommend a dfi lanparty mobo. venice core overclock well with it :)
 
Nice setup, the things i'd recommend:

  1. Get an X2 3800+ instead of the regular Athlon64 3800+
  2. You may want to consider eVga's free motherboard offer
  3. The Lite-on burner's nothing special, the NEC 3550 is better
  4. As TheChef said, the sound card may not be necessary
  5. The RAM's fine for most use, but not great for overclocking
What's the +12V rail of that PSU rated at? It may not be sufficient to power your system.
