Built a new computer - problems

BUMP! my mates PC seems to start fine with my PSU (600W GameXStream) and my PC will start fine with his PSU (850W GameXStream) , but the 850W GameXStream wont boot my mates computer?!?? this is really weird...


any thoughts?!
