Bulk E-mail Services

The company I work for needs to send an e-mail out to about 1100 of our customers, so they asked me to find a service to send these out so we don't get flagged as spammers. Does anyone know of a good bulk e-mailing service? I googled it and found a bunch of scam sites but I can't seem to find anything legit.

You need sort of like a yahoo group, you need like a big mailing list, and then all you have to do is send it that address and then it sends it out to all of your customers....

You might be able to do that with the e-mail server, but you would have insert all the e-mail addresses which would take a lot of time...
