Hi, i am creating several cd's with exam notes and some with programs, is it possible to make the cd have a safety feature that locks the cd from not being burnt again and given to other people for free, insted of me selling each one.

Do you mean something that stops the CD from being copied or something that stops someone else adding data to the cd?
If you want to stop someone else adding other stuff to the CD, just tick the "Finalize" box before you start to burn the CD; I don't think that its possible to make any CD copy-proof.
