Burn Adobe to CDR

I have been trying to download Adobe Reader for a few days now. My dialup can not complete the task without kicking me off and corrupting the files.

I want to burn it onto a disk at someone else's house and load it onto my computer. How do I make that happen?

You just need to download the installer and put it on a disc on your friends computer and then pop it into your drive and run it and install it, you shouldn't have any troubles.

Um...you just burn the setup program to your CD as you would anything else and then run it on your machine. Depending on what software you use, there are different steps required to make the disk...

An alternative would be get some other program like Foxit Reader. I use that rather than Adobe. It's much smaller, faster, no stupid update nags, and lots of other things.

AWESWOME!!! that was fast!!

That just saved me a trip across town! I wish I had known about that a few days earlier. It took about 4 hours to download Adobe each time I tried and then the file was corrupted at 98%!!
The Foxit company definitely gets my endorsement!
