Burn BOOTABLE ISO to load new OS

I have an ISO file which is about 4GB is size. I need to burn it as a bootable DVD. I am using Nero7... Nero says the files is too large and that I need UDF...

Are there ISO-UDF converters?

Anybody suggest a program?

I have tried ISO Magic but it only supports up to 2GB ISO bootable files...

i use poweriso, it works pretty good. and when you load the iso, at the bottom left corner it shows whether its bootable or not.

try iso buster (http://isobuster.com/isobusterdownload.php) to extract all the files from the iso file.
extract all the files using isobuster and burn a data disk using nero by copying each and every file into the writing field section.
