burned cpu?

I have a 2.6 northwood cpu oc at 3.2 i have noticed a differance in speeds after a few months. the computer wont start up as fast as it used to when i first oc and when i first oc it was blazzing fast but now it seems its running at 2.6 even though its oc at 3.2. do i need a new cpu

have you actually ran benchmark to test how fast its running. Try sandra or something
