Burning a Winrar to a cd/dvd

Hey fellas I was wondering how do I make a cd/dvd backup? For example I moved all the contents of Age of Empires from Winrar to a folder and I intalled the game from this folder but I am lost creating a cd/dvd of it. Any advice would be very appreciated, thanx.

you drive to the store, buy a copy, and there will be a cd/dvd inside the box.
