Burning an image .iso

I got windows 7. It's a .iso and I burned it using Nero. But when I have the CD in my drive while starting up my PC, it asks me to choose a profile. But, there's only one profile.

"Profile 1"

That's the only option I have. It won't boot up to any install windows or anything. Why do you think that's happening?

This is what you see after going into the boot menu? :confused:
 
Im sorry everyone. There was two different .iso files. One was only 2.43gb and obviously not the correct one. The correct .iso file was in a folder right next to it. For some reason I have two of the same file just one isn't complete...? ahah

But I got it to work with the correct file and Windows 7 64bit is now installed! Wohoo!!
