burning jpg pictures to view in indonesia

Its from a wedding to another family. I live in the states. the family lives in indonesia. I was told it has to be Pal format. (i suspected) My question is what software would be available to burn JPG data files in pal format. Im trying to avoid flashing the eprom if i can on my burner. I will if i have to.

Cant you use something like Nero to do that? that's the way i burn pictures on cd's and dvd's but jpg in pal i never heard of a way to do that.
 
A jpg here in the states is the same as a jpg in Indonesia. Unless you're burning video, it should not matter as long as the player in Indonesia can play still jpg's.
 
Pal has to do with video you want to display on a TV. A jpg is a jpg. Just burn them to a disk and sendthem of email or whatever mode you choose.
