Burnt pixel?

I turned on my screen today and one of the pixels was red. It only shows over a dark color though, it won't show on white.

LCD? More like a lazy pixel than a dead one(you can't "burn" them on LCDs) Sometimes lightly rubbing the area can help. There's also a PSP video someone made that just flashes random colors very quickly. Sometimes this will resolve it, sometimes it'll add more dead/lazy pixels!
