Buy a DELL go to Hell

Damn what a POS this E1505 has been. Please join my my Facebook group "dell sucks" .

I purchased a DELL E1505 when they first came out. With motherboard replacements, battery replacements, adapter replacements, keyboard replacements, lost time on phone, emails and chats I estimate this computer has cost me about $6500 dollars.

Go ahead buy a DELL I dare you.
 
Wow, sorry you had that experience. All the Dells i have bought over the last few years have been great. :confused:

That and their support was great too. :confused:
 
Yea I have had several dells i'm on one right now that i'm running windows 7 on never had this kind of expeirence.. Maybe becuase it was a new model i try to stay away from their new models... They even gave me a free mp3 player when my wife's laptop was a few weeks late...
 
Support sucks with every company. you can't expect anything nowadays. But my Dell and my friends Dells have all been great. if something f***s up fix it yourself, saves you a crapload of hassle.
