Buy from NewEgg.com, but living in the UK?

Hey, you guys out there get all the cheap comps and hardware! Unfair. . .

Besides, living in the UK, and need some stuff from NewEgg, and was wondering if anyone knows or has bought from the UK before. Thanks in advance.
 
they wont post to you, so unless you know someone who will buy and send it to you from the us, you wont be able to do it.
 
Yeah, had a bit of a problem with that. Don't know anyone in the US. You know anyone that buys then re-ships for profit or something? Thats what I'd do, lol. Plus, it gives others the same chance at economic computing.
 
well im sure someone from this forum would be kind enough as to buy and ship the parts to you. not sure who tho :)
 
Newegg is US only. Only way around it as Kuzba said, is to order and ship to US and then have it shipped to the UK.

BTW: I couldn't resist! Sorry! But if you have a Quad Core running at 3GHz it doesnt mean that you have 12GHz ;)

Thanks Kuzba. I was going to say that the package is fairly large, 2 20" Acer screens, and an HP tower. If anyone knows someone who could buy and re-ship, please post. For now, I'm chatting to NewEgg reps about FedEx flight shipping. Cheers.
 
Price difference is nearly 700 quid, so definitely worth it! Thats not including the screens, they're $199.99, but over here they're 400 quid each! Thanks for the heads up on the specs, just copied and pasted from website where I got the components from.
 
Not recommend buying from US and ship to UK. You will lose the warranty.
Also, the newegg price not include tax.

By the way, what are you looking for? Usually the price different between US and UK is around 20%, not double...
 
I don't have to pay tax on Newegg :)

It's a good idea, but you would lose a lot of that money in re-shipment, taxes at customs, etc. Not to mention you would be trusting someone with thousands of dollars worth of equipment.

BTW, how can you afford that at 13? lol
 
i never thought about shipping it inside the us to me my dad lives in SC and i could have sent it to him and he could have sent it to me. I live in Canada so thats my problem with newegg i think they should at least include Canada in there shipping we are attached it would make sense would it not?
