I used Google translate for your second paragraph and it appears you're simply using the computer for word processing, email and surfing the internet, correct? The i7-8700 and 16GB of RAM is excessive.

You'd be best served by a computer with an Intel i3-8100/ 9100 or AMD Ryzen 3/ 5 series.

Example:

Thank you very much for your quick response. I will certainly take into account your advice.

Just to clarify, based on the workloads you're subjecting the computer to, you'd notice no difference between the i3-8100 and i7-8700.

If you wanted to spend more money, you could go for Intel i5-8400/ 9400 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600/ 2600. An i7-8700 won't future proof much and the money would be wasted.

The SSD is your biggest factor in speed and it's crucial.
