That's going to be a tuff build if you do it yourself.

You'll be better off buy a prebuilt from a store.

You could build one with that little money, but the OS will kill the build,
unless you run Linux.

i dident say anthing about building i said buying

Scan for good deals, maybe check the after Christmas sales if you don't need it before then. If you're going for a budget build, upgrade a prebuilt computer. I got mine for about $300, which saves a lot considering the price of the OS. Adding a video card and a decent PSU would probably only run you about $100 more.

£300 including monitor?? Unless you want second hand/ refurb., I don't see a way to get around it.
Cheap new monitor start @ £80, OS @ £90... I can't come out with a list with £130...

Anyway, come back when you actual purchase, see what we can do...

If you talking about buying, the machine need to be around £220...
The only machine I've seen which fit into this budget is
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/167285
I don't have a clue if it run WOW probably...

you may not think you need a good computer now and you don't, but you should think about the near future and how there might be some nice games come out that you want to play.
