Buying a computer under $350

I know, I know. You can't get much of a computer for that price. Fact is I have been without for about a year and am getting real sick of having to go to my moms house to use a computer.

Uses: Mostly online surfing, streaming netflix, hulu. Occasionally ultimate bet poker. No games.

Looking for something I can buy at a store. Used to know my stuff about computers but that was back when 98 was the top of the line OS.

Suggestions?

edit - I plan to hook it up to my HD tv with a wireless keyboard and mouse.

First, the link isn't good. Second, I would stay away from HP/Compaq.

And it depends how clear it has to be for it to be acceptable. I have an integrated graphics card (GM915) and it works well enough for me to hook it up to my HDTV.

For his budget, you could hardly find other PC. Another option would be emachine, which is worst than compaq. My mum used to have compaq desktop, it does last for 5 years.
