Buying a gaming laptop

Those Asus are definitely nice machine. Have you also considered MSI? they make some great laptops and may offer you a solution too.

Also, I see your preferred currency and choice of website don't jive..assuming you are in Europe, are you sure you wish to deal with amazon.ca?

Yea i was also looking for MSI and Dell but if they have similar specs like this asus they are 15" or more expensive (as far as i saw).

You're right i'm from Slovenia(europe) and i don't really understand what you wrote about amazon but i guess your point was that it's not good to order from amazon if you are from europe :) But in slovenia shops are much higher prices. Do you know any european website with decent prices?

No worries, what I meant was you listed your budget in euros, linked to Amazon.com and then it had canadian prices listed on it, so I was a bit confused.

I'm in Canada so not 100% on what is best for you but here is a possible start.

That may be true but ordering from Canada or the USA and shipping to Europe is gonna kill any potential savings. I would highly recommend you purchase local or at least Europe.

ok ty for your help :) so this is the right laptop i need? if you remember of one that i should see feel free to tell I'll buy one at the end of the month :)

Well it depends, in general when someone asks for input/recommendations we usually ask budget first and what you use the machine for..( ex. gaming)

Many laptops in your budget have the 6700hq processor, 8-16gb ddr4 ram, and probably a gtx960 graphics chip.. any configuration along these lines will both meet your budget and serve you well performance wise.

The only variable for you, right now, will be what import/shipping/taxes you will pay. This will be dependent on what vendor you use and which source country.

Since you have a bit of time before you commit, I'd recommend you look at a few potential vendors and figure out the true cost, all in, and then make a purchase based on that.

If you need further help or just have questions -ask anytime.. cheers!

Hi I'm back with one more question :) since uk is not in europe anymore do i have to pay customs (or how is it called in english) when the package come to borders? hope you know what i mean
