My computer has gotten old and I am dying to play some of the games I've been playing on xbox fully modded. The thing is that I am not a very hardware savvy individual and haven't delved into the world of gaming PCs in years. Basically I need a PC that will be able to handle any game at relatively high settings with a budget of $680ish.

So far this seems like this will do, but like I said I am not very tech savvy at all and really need some advise.

Can i buy it like that or do i have to build it myself? I am not sure I trust myself with building, I had to replace my motherboard a year ago and to this day red means green and green means red not to mention that the usb ports at the front have been temperamental ever since.

Buying all the parts like that is the way to go. Its not too hard to assemble really, and you'll hear most people say that applying the thermal paste in a build is the most difficult, though the cpu selected probably comes with a heatsink with pre applied paste anyway. You'll save a ton buying components like this and you'll have some fun doing it too.
