Buying a new computer

Ok so i am looking to buy a new computer for my desktop on Newegg.com

I found a cheap computer that id like to buy for gaming. I just wanted to know if it matters about the actual monitor. in the picture there isn't a monitor, so i dont think it comes with one, just the rig and the keyboard. Can i hook any monitor to mostly any rig?

EDIT: i realize this is an extremely dumb question but i honestly dont know :/

What type of games do you plan on playing? Also it doesn't list what power supply it has so if you would need a better video card then you need a different power supply.
 
well i plan on using it to play eve online on, i dont really care about the high end graphics(which i wouldnt get with 4gigs RAM anyways) i just want it to be somewhat lag free
 
It doesn't matter what monitor you get then. The video card has 3 outputs.. hdmi, dvi and vga.
