Buying A New CPU

Hello I am looking to buy a new processor hopefully a Core 2 Duo. I do not need the uppermost performance but good enough to run the new games at decent settings. I am not looking to spend anything more than $150. Please help me out with some suggestions. Thanks!

Thanks guys I am also looking to buy a completely new motherboard and I think I will stick with the E7200 because it is still good but cheaper.
