Buying a New Monitor

So I'm looking into getting a new monitor. It's time to replace my 21'' Sceptre that I've had for about 3 years or so.

I'm deciding between these two:

Any recommendations around that price? I want to stay around 24''.

Seems like one is glossy and the other one is not. Personally I don't like gloss screens as they smear and have pretty bad glares. Also the none glossy one is LED backlit, which comes out usually more even.

Yeah. I haven't bought a monitor in awhile, and was unsure how the LED backlight was. I'm considering that one more.
