If you are running Vista SP1 (32 bit) and have compliant hardware (BIOS plus chipset) then it will work. If not you will run into some of the limitations i have already outlined.

The article I linked lists the requirements to get the full 4gig running a 32-bit OS.

This is another reason why everyone needs to ditch BIOS and switch over to EFI.
